Valentina Pancani
Valentina earned her Law Degree from the University of Florence on February 29, 2016, presenting a thesis on Bankruptcy Law, titled “Gratuitous Acts in Bankruptcy”, supervised by Professor Lorenzo Stanghellini.
She has been a member of the Prato Bar Association since January 2019.
Her practice focuses on civil and commercial law, both in litigation and out-of-court matters.
Professional Experience
Began her legal traineeship in March 2016 at the "Mori, Ciasullo, Chen & Associates Law and Tax Firm".
In November 2018, she obtained her license to practice law from the Florence Court of Appeal and continued working at the same firm as a lawyer until October 2024.
In October 2024, she joined "Cavera Nanni Chen - Law and Tax Firm" as a lawyer.
