Stefano Nanni

Stefano assists corporate clients—individual entrepreneurs, private or mixed companies (including listed ones), cooperatives, public entities, and project financing vehicles—with incorporation, shareholder onboarding, business contracts, and extraordinary transactions. He also designs organizational models ensuring compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, privacy and data protection, anti-money laundering, and antitrust laws.

Practicing lawyer since 1999; admitted to the Bar in 2000; Supreme Court attorney since 2015.

Former in-house legal counsel at Baldassini-Tognozzi Pontello S.p.A. (2000).

Partner and manager at KPMG Tax & Legal’s KStudio Associato (2001-2006).

Founded his own firm in 2007 and acted as of counsel to leading Italian firms.

Co-founded CNC in 2024.

Developer of software solutions for legal compliance management.
